Mr. Ali Al Jabal—Managing Partner
Mr. Al Jabal has obtained his bachelor degree from “Saydi Mohammed Bin Abdullah University” (LL.B), Fez- Kingdom of Morocco in 1992. Ten years later, he honorably obtained his LL.M degree from the School of Law at “Case Western Reserve University” Cleveland-Ohio- U.S.A. (May 2002).
He was associated under the mentorship of the prominent “Essa Ebrahim Law Office” for a period of three years. Mr. Ali Al Jabal opened his office on November 1996 for practicing general business law and consultations .
On the year 2000, He pursued his Post graduate degree in the U.S which he finished with flying colors. After pursuing his higher studies, he focused on building a competent professional team for his firm.
While he was managing his own firm, Mr. Al Jabal is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Bahrain, where he teaches Banking Law to business major students. This also did not limit him from sharing his expertise to the public. He had written and contributed some articles such as “Labor for The Public as Alternative Penalty” Essay, December 8, 1997(Akbar Al khaleeg Newspaper), “Criminal Measures Instead of Short-Periods Detention” Research, February11, 1996. ( Alayam Newspaper), “The Protective Clauses on Family in the Bahraini Criminal Law”, Research, October 20,1995 (Alayam Newspaper). Other than that, he has a Monthly column regarding various legal matters on (Bahrain Confidential Magazine)
Since, Mr. Al Jabal is a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizen, he is eligible of obtaining his own office license of practicing law in sultanate of Oman, State of Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and State of Kuwait.Mr. Ali al Jabal is also a licensed lawyer in the Sultanate of Oman and he is currently on the process of acquiring legal practice licenses in the State of Kuwait, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Al Jabal is currently an active professional Member of Bahrain Bar Society, where he served as a member of Board of Directors for two consecutive years; He is also a former National Vic-president of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) Paris- France and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) London- UK; International chamber of commerce (ICC) Paris – France; and Arab Lawyers Union (ALU) Cairo – Egypt.
